Delete your Stellar Frontier account

You can ask Purple-Galaxy, the developer of Stellar Frontier, to delete your game account and the data linked to it at any time. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request deletion

Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Stellar Frontier account”. You can write from any email address.
Tell us which account it is: your in-game player name and how you sign in (Google Play Games, Google, Facebook, Apple or guest). If we can't match your request to one account, we will ask you for more details before deleting anything.
We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.

What is deleted

Your player account: your player ID and the Google Play Games, Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in identifiers linked to it.
Your player name.
Your cloud save: fleet, station, progress and settings.
Your in-game currency balances (Credits, Crystal, ProtoData).
Your email address and name, if Apple or Google shared them with us.

Deletion is permanent: your progress cannot be restored afterwards.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing that is tied to your account is kept once the deletion is done.
Anonymised or aggregated diagnostics (for example crash statistics) that no longer identify you may remain.
Our email exchange about your request is kept for up to 3 years, only to prove that the request was handled.
Data already sent to Meta by the game's Facebook SDK (app events and your advertising ID) is held by Meta under its own rules, so deleting your account here does not erase it. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, and use Meta's own tools. See the privacy policy.

Good to know

To delete the save stored on your phone, uninstall Stellar Frontier.
If you signed in with Google, Facebook or Apple, you can also remove Stellar Frontier from the apps connected to that account, in its security settings.
